Dan Marso is a self taught cartoonist. He is the Illustrator and co-author of the popular Rocky The Mudhen books and animations that are featured on many baseball scoreboards including The Minnesota Twins, Toronto Blue Jays and the Tampa Bay Rays. His cartoons have been syndicated worldwide through King Features. Dan is a graduate from the University of St. Thomas.

After getting himself through college playing in a rock band, John went on to a successful career in business. There, he held several executive leadership positions and in observing both good and bad skills, he became passionate about promoting the difference between the right and wrong kind of leadership. Knowing Tim and Ann Herron, as well as staying in touch with Dan Marso since they were 5 years of age, it became obvious to all there was an opportunity to promote leadership lessons through animation. John and his wife, Shelly, have two girls ages 6 and 4.

Ann Kagel has over 14 years experience in the areas of sports marketing, corporate sponsorship management, and event planning. She has a BA from the University of Minnesota and earned an MBC from the University of St. Thomas. She started The Kagel Group in 1999 specializing in corporate sponsorship management and event planning. Ann was employed by LifeUSA Insurance Company for 9 years prior to starting The Kagel Group.
